  • 1 1/4 cups cashews, raw
  • 1/3 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 cup water (+ additional as desired to thin out consistency)
  • 1/2 cup non-dairy milk (or more water)
  • 2 Tbsp green chilies (canned) — or 1 jalapeño, seeds removed
  • 1 tsp Cajun Seasoning Blend — or 1/2 tsp chipotle powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • cilantro – garnish
  • lime – garnish
  • 1/3 tsp salt – or to taste
