- 3/4 cup chickpea (besan) flour
- 6 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1 1/2 tablespoons corn or potato starch
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon sesame or hemp seeds (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/3 cup coconut or brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup raisins
